As for Turkey villa we had bought before we found you, made
mistakes along the way. we find the service you offer great,
especially on the areas, and information on lots which has
come in pretty handy.

Yes, i have found your site very helpful & have met some
nice people from turunc through it.
Agents by & large are the same the whole world over, a
necessary evil, just some are more incompetent than others,
i have a very good personal understanding with mine, he
knows what i think of him, but i pay him & he gets on with
it.

The forum is excellent for getting answers to questions for
would be villa purchase. We found it of immense help.
After we bought it we still had questions like water depots
and tapu's and various other stuff, and again it was
excellent at gathering information.

I enjoy going into the Turkey Villa website but I feel this
is turning more into a 'chat room' when people reply with
one liners all the time. I do find it interesting when you
mention items on Turkey, ie help with cheap flights, buying
houses, where to buy digital dishes etc. The people on the
forum are also a very friendly bunch.

as for good info , well there is this one old bat on there
that was more use than any other source of info i could find
and im sure i drove her nuts .
even now she still is of use , i do visit other web sites
but still prefer this one , it can get a bit heavy now and
again but its not a bunch of idiots or a this is my web site
so there forum .

We were already in the process of buying when i started to
use TV full time so personally it didn't help with agents ,
areas etc but has been invaluable in day to day running of
the place and problems. I use Joanne from PMT and got her
details from the forum-we would be lost without her.

In 2004 and early 2005 we found the site to be of immense
value but just lately have felt that sometimes when people
make enquiries they are referred to previous posts. This is
fine if the posts and information is current, however, on
occasions this is not the case.
We do still use the site but have also become members of a
couple of other forums so we can ensure that the information
we are getting is up to date.
Through the site we have managed to make contact with some
of our neighbours and will still use the site when we move
over in a couple of months.

We discovered the forum after we bought the house, but it
has been useful for information on thngs like insurance,
tapu, etc and also for making contact with others who bought
in the area.Thanks for the forum. People are nice to each
other on TV, they don't seem to argue or insult each other
as much as on some other turkish forums!
